Too Old To Change Careers??!

SERIOUS I SIGHT:

It's hard finding your own path these days. Many of us are on paths by happenstance. Rather than due to our own want or desire. It's hard to find your purpose then to be good at something you think is your purpose. Add on top of that you're 45-years old and contemplating a career change after being 20-years in one industry. Hmm.... Would you consider it brave or foolish?

Either way you should know it's very difficult. To be in an environment full of young eager brains and talent. Being in an industry you are so foreign to. What gives you the heart to believe you can change yourself and change your stance on this world?
